In January 2011, the Building Strong Community Networks project held its first participant workshop in the Heart of Brooklyn. Researchers, institution leaders, and sponsors gathered at the Brooklyn Public Library to present and discuss their initial findings. The proceedings were broadcast to participant organizations in Columbus, Denver, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Philadelphia, and Pittsburg. View footage here.
